Taylor County High School JROTC Cadets (Degan Hernandez and Hunter Cason) taught an exceptional lesson about teamwork yesterday. These students are both freshman and with the skills they have been taught over this school year they were able to organize and present a classroom assignment. The two Cadets used JROTC Textbooks, an online video, and a military stretcher to interact with their student peers in a meaningful way so that their peers learned about teamwork. The lesson was educational, fun and most importantly well received by their peers. “Who knows they may be future educators here at TCHS”, said Scott Vervisch, their teacher.
